Construction of the $35 million Gregory Hills Health and Business Centre will start in October. The ‘state-of-the-art’ project, being delivered by developer HENA Pty Ltd and Sitecorp, is expected to be completed in March 2021.
Sitecorp director Charlie Rizk said the multi-level facility would help to meet the future health and employment demands for the rapidly growing Macarthur region.
“The centre’s positioning opposite NSW’s largest private hospital on Digitaria Drive is strategic,” he said.
“It really consolidates the location as a crucial medical precinct which is able to help service the wider region.”
The four-storey centre, which will occupy more than 5000sqm, will feature medical centres with an ancillary pharmacy, rooftop restaurants and professional office spaces.
Mr Rizk said the project was a major milestone for the region.
“We are excited to be part of such an innovative and high quality development,” he said. “Although a relatively young company, we have quickly built a strong reputation based on our understanding of the market and our clients, our unwavering commitment to quality and detail, and our considerable technical expertise.”
